Important Notes

  • Permit becomes null and void if work does not commence within 1 year
  • Permit is suspended or abandoned if work stops for 120 days
  • Zoning clearance must be secured from the Zoning Administrator
  • Fees depend on rates stated in Revenue Code and National Building Code
