Important Registration Information
The registration of Death Certificate (DC) at the MCRO within thirty (30) days is mandatory. Delayed registration of death must be filed following the lapse of the prescribed period of 30 calendar days from the death of a person. Registration of death certificate is free of charge, pursuant to Section 6 of P.D. No. 651.
